Its 2nd day of CNY and the mood is still in most of us. The streets of Melaka is empty, most chinese-owned shops are closed and the only people you see hanging around town are the Malays, Indians and Eurasians. The Chinese must have taken a very long break till next Monday to resume their businesses. Indeed, being with the family is important. It's a matter a few days to be around with close ones and have good time with them. Only one year once for an event like this! Since the beginning of this week, many firecrackers have been lighted up! All the time you would feel as though some terrorists have invaded Malaysia.... *bOOm* *bOOm* *bOOm*.... Your heart beats so fast, so loud, trying to cope the sudden explosions! *LOL* But, one fact is, everyone is enjoying this festive season. As for me, like any other years b4, already lost the cny mood. It comes and goes like a circle of daily life. I thought maybe my extended family is not as happening as those younger days. Most of them have migrated and did not come back hometown. Basically, now it is just my family and grandma around. Not even any of my cousins here >.<~ I guess, this is how it works for us all, at least my family. *sighs* Anyway, Gong Xi Gong Xi to all of you who're celebrating this event! Many blessings for you & family, all year round!
