Pie with thin crust

Attempted to make a filling pastry crusty pie, in the end turn out like a flat pancake! Aiyo... oh well, blame the BIG WIDE baking tray. Better get a flatter baking dish so that the pastry will rise! Sounds good eh... Anyway, my both supportive friends Mel cha bor & Dad Longy liked it after all the hard work. Huaahuaa I know it ain't enough for someone but the pie was certainly delicioussss! Yumzzzz.... will learn from my first trial & bake better ones soon... Oh man, forgot to snap a pic of the pie! Cheeeeeeeh =_____=
